This short and simple breathing exercise utilises a balanced breathing technique to steady your breath and activate your vagus nerves, which triggers the "rest and digest" response, telling your gut to calm down. 


The recording is just under three minutes long with the intention that it can be done anytime you feel your gut needs calming: be it in the morning before you leave your home for the day, to ease a wave of painful cramps or even in a public toilet with a surprise upset tummy!
